Business as usual at All Seasons

By Ty Hughes
There’s an unassuming little bar tucked away alongside Pacific Ave S, in Tacoma where darts rule almost as much as the New Orleans Saints. That might actually depend on who you talk to, but Lon and Mindy are fans. They own the place.
All Seasons Sportsbar is one of ADOIs biggest dart houses, home to well over 55 teams per season. There is always something dart related going on over here, and everybody speaks darts fluently. Even the bartenders are all really nice and friendly. Seems like they always have a handle on the room, and maintain a casual, comfortable atmosphere. Easy to relax and settle in at the All Seasons - something that you definitely can’t say about every bar, that’s for sure.
Debbie Willerscheidt is the Dart Coordinator here and she is so good at managing all those teams and all that activity.
On Saturday, May 12, All Seasons is hosting their Dart Player’s Appreciation Party and Tournament. A spaghetti feed will raise money for Relay For Life, an advocate against cancer.
They just added Saturday shoots to the lineup, now three nights strong, Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. 8pm start, 150% added. The night we stopped in, the entire bar was down in Tenino supporting Todd Pedersen’s first season, racing the official All Seasons stock car! Righteous! So, even though there was a small group hoping to get a tournament going, it just wasn’t gonna happen this time unfortunately.
We did catch the very end of the B Doubles Cup challenge when Brian and Rich, representing All Seasons, barely pulled off the win against Kris and Vern for Lazy J’s, 13 to 12! Wow! Needless to say, Brian and Rich were in party mode, having made a statement on behalf of All Seasons that night.
But Kris had a job to do. His wife, also named Kris, and shares his last name, y’know. So, they’re both Kris Lockrem, pretty good huh? Together, they are K2K Productions, your one-stop entertainment supplier for any event, big or small. Kris Lockrem, the man, has a ton of professional experience as a sound engineer. So you know the karaoke at All Seasons is the best.
Check out this little bar in Tacoma for a good time. And don’t forget your darts!
